Major(Hoosier Mannassas)
(1988,
DJJJ Ebony Gold X Hoosier Vigil Vixen)
At 20 years old Major shows both the versatility,
stamina, and intelligence of the morgan foals sired by
Ebony. He has done just about everything, from jumping
to fox hunting to competitive trail riding. At the
ripe old age of 18 he took on dressage and began
competing at USDF recognized shows at second level, and
he was always in the ribbons. Now at this stage in
his life he has become quite the school master, taking
care of his riders on the trails, foxhunting, and at the
hunter paces. When all the other horses in the
group toss their riders at the sight of a cow or a big
bird, Major stands quietly wondering what the fuss is
all about.
